[Resolved] Indian Railways — train delay more than 9 hours looking for refund of the amount

I have booked two special train tickets for senior citizens without availing the senior citizen concession. However train is delayed more than 9 hours, no proper information. Train number: 07092 - [protected] - 28 jul 2018 - varanasi to secunderabad

1) boarding point @ varanasi - delay by 5 hours - displayed on the board as 7:10 am, but arrival on platform 1 - reached @6:10 am on platform 2.
2) and also in the internet train running status always showed wrong, when the train in nagpur, it is showing still take 1 hour time to reach nagpur.
3) same thing @ ramagundam.
4) no proper food, bathrooms are not cleaned.
All together charged as special train amount, what is the use of the giving that much amount.
Two female seniors are travelled, they struggled lot.
Now how to take revenge on indian railway?
