Indian Railways — Train late by more than 3 hours

PNR no.[protected] name Rahul Selwaria boarded from Ujjain on 16th May 24. The train has got late by more than three hours and even TTE is also not in the train. Ticket is not checked in whole journey. The scheduled arrival at Chandigarh was 5 AM but till 8 AM it has not reached. I want a full refund for my journey.
