Indian Railways — um satisfied about services

I was traveling along with my family in train no 15905 dbrg vivek express in sl tatkal on 16/08/2019. I boarding at renugunta station at 5.30 pm but we were very difficult to reach my seats because there were. Nearly 200 passengers in single coach s1. There was a crowd doing smoking, gutka, mobile noises, whistles, etc nucence. We were very much fear about our journey. We could not move to wash rooms. From renugunta to vskp no tc check them and police force visit there. So i am fully unsatisfied about services. Kindly request you control unpaid passengers especially from north side. Thank you
