Indian Railways — unable to print uts season quarterly ticket

The last complaint has not been resolved. Last complaint no. W/er/sdah/[protected] lodge at http://www.coms.indianrailways.gov.in

Today i have tried again. Went to bidhannagar ticket counter for print, they have told that from here not possible. They suggested me try from atvm once again.

In atvm 1st time shown "something was wrong". After that "ticket alreay printed".

Give me a proper solution or refund my money i will book from ticket counter by cash.

I don't to harash again.
