For europe tour first i contact cox & king for schengen visa. Cox & king collected all my documents along with my 4 nos. Passport for processing the visa. They couriered my all documents along with 4 nos. Passport to mumbai through dtdc. On 26th april 2018, one employee of cox & king mr. Sarang told me that your interview date for visa is on 28th april at mumbai, but your documents along with passport is not traceable.
On 01/05/18 i lodged fir regarding missing of passport.
On that time my all air tickets was already booked before starting the visa process. With the reference of one employee of cox & king mr. Shrikant, i immediately contact with mr. Raj agrawal for new passport and schengen visa.
As per his requirement, i submitted all essential documents along with his fee amounting rs. 1.26, 000/- for 4 persons to owner of the indian travel mart, vardhman nagar, nagpur mr. Raj agrawal. This is to be paid in following mode.

Mr. Raj agrawal, owner of the itm collected from my all documents along with my original documents like passports, form 16, department sanctioned leave letter, no objection letter of department, original salary slip etc. And processed for schengen visa. For this arranging visa interview at nagpur they collected extra amount of rs. 7500/- per person, which is included in above said amount.
Myself along with my family interview date was fixed on date 10/05/2018 at jackson tours & travels, nagpur. Before submitting the documents to visa authority at nagpur imt office employees scrutinised the all submitted documents. As per requirement for visa they prepared itineries regarding accommodation at gothenburg (Sweeden) (From 20/05 to 21/05) copenhagen (Denmark) (From 22/5 to 23/05) and paris (From 24/05 to 28/05) and submitted accordingly.
Above said all hotel bookings processed by imt employees before the date of interview i. E. 10/05/18. Expected time for visa processing was 7 days.
But i received one mail on dated 15/05/18, your hotel booking at gothenburg is successfully cancelled. On that time my visa was under process at embassy. Immediately i want to contact with ms. Surabhi, mr. Agrawal and other persons, but i couldn’t contact, because all persons were in abroad. Finally i contacted with ms. Surabhi (Employee of itm) and ask regarding cancellation of my hotel booking at gothenburg before complete the process of visa. She says, yes i did cancel your hotel booking. I ask why you cancelled my hotel booking before my visa processing or why not ask to me. She says if not cancelled, charges would be paid. I told before cancellation why are you not asking with me. I will be paid charges.
Finally visa was received in the office of jackson tours & travel, nagpur at 2.30 p. M. Employee of jackson tour & travels said to me your visa was rejected. After hearing such type of statement, i shocked because i along with my family were fully prepared for tour along with all ticket. My passport was also held in the office of itm. I talked to ms. Surabhi for returning my passport. She flatly refused to hand over the passport. She says first you pay my balance amount of rs. 27, 000/- after that i will be handed over your passport.
Mr. Raj agrawal was on tour of abroad. After trying so many calls on 19 /05 18, finally i contact to mr. Raj agrawal. He says first you pay rs. 27, 000/- then i will give your passport. After coming in india, i will see the matter. Finally i pay rs. 26, 000/- through credit card on dated 19/05 (Deducted amount (Including transaction charges) from my account is rs.27, 799/-)
After 15 days i tried to contact through phone / whattsapp, but they could not reply.
After this episode, i am very upset, and my financial losses is approx. 2, 44, 015/- only details are as below.

During the time from 01/05/18 to 19/05/18 i was very upset and i face financial crisis.
In view of above said facts, i want to say any travelling agecy is works for providing the better services to customer, but in my case this indian travel mart services provide services in reverse action or against me.
It is very serious matter, kindly settled my financial losses (Approx. Rs. 2.44 lacs) and disturbance of my normal life along with my family.
