On 2nd April 2015, I placed order IGP617654 - Some flowers and a box of chocolates. It was meant to be delivered on 10th April and was a birthday gift. After receiving assurances from the online support team throughout the day that the parcel will be delivered on 10th it wasn't. After repeated follow ups and emails requesting cancellation of order due to untimely delivery, the order was not cancelled and was shipped 3 days after it was due. Your online chat support is useless and did not give me any accurate information. I have never experienced such low quality of service and disregard for customer satisfaction. Needless to say that this is my last purchase on IGP and will henceforth not recommend it to any one. Three days later on 13th April, the package was delivered and it was another blow due to the following reasons: 1. Instead of chocolates there was some wine which I did not order 2. The vase that came with the flowers was broken into pieces. On 16th April 2015, I got an email from your support team saying that they are re-sending this order with the chocolates. After 13 days, on 29th April I got an email saying the parcel has been delivered but the recipient has confirmed it has not been. Now when I spoke to your support executive Kavita, she is telling me to send another email. You guys have the lowest level of service and I am surprised you are still in the e-commerce business. What I was not surprised with was the innumerable consumer complaints on the web about IGP. If you have any ethics or moral values left, please make this right for once.
