Hi Everyone,
I Won the Consumer complaint Case against Indianmoney.com.
Within 8 months after filing the complaint "To Additional consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Mumbai Suburban District, the court has declared the judgement in my favor. It took total of 6 hearings in the court to close the case. No need to hire any lawyer. You alone can file it, just need to know the proper format of filing on legal green pages. No Notary is required for registration.
Only cost you pay is Rs. 100 DD for filing the case.
You can check your case updates and date of hearing online at www.confonet.nic.in". my Case Complaint no. is CC/85/15.
In all the hearings opposite party was absent even after receipt of court notice by them.

I was cheated by indianmoney.com in the month of Jan 2015, they promised me to provide genuine interested 2 leads in a day, but they provided me with fake leads and given only total 6 leads in a month of February.
I have lodged the complaint against the company "To Additional consumer disputes Redressal Forum Mumbai Suburban District" My case is registered and till now 3 hearing has happened. 4th hearing is on 14th DECEMBER 2015. please check the attachment.
