Sir, I had registered with indiaproperty.com for selling my 2 flats, vide their id: IP5482230 and IP 740632 and paid an amount of Rs.13000/-. Later, I cam to know from other websites, that this amount was very high and others just charge not more than Rs.2000.00. Apart from this, I was taken for a ride by their sales person making all false promises. Rest is explanatory from the e-mail as under. They are demanding further payment for keeping the advertisement alive.

This is to inform you that your sales person Shri.Robbin (mobile :[protected]) did collect an amount of Rs.13000/- towards posting 2 advts. While doing so, he had assured that his father is in Mangalore and that your mangalore contacts deal with the customers directly and NRI customers are waiting to buy. He had also assured that every time, after expiry, advt. will be repeated to be on top. Whereas, now you are asking for payment. I am sure, you are aware what are the charges by other websites like 99. acres, magic bricks etc. I am once fooled by you sales man.

I am requesting you to repeat my advts. till I am able to sell the flats, as promised by Shri.Rob -in. If this is not possible, I shall take further recourse that is available to me to expose your Rob-in and India property. I hope you will understand the consequences and am giving you a week's time to reply/comply.

Updated by Bhoja This is inform all that India Property.com is cheating company and one has to careful before registering with them. I had registered vide IP 5482230 and IP 5740632 on 27.10.17 for selling 2 flats. Sales person, MR. ROB-IN (mobile no. [protected]) assured me that his father is in Mangalore, their office in Mangalore will directly inter-act with customers and take them to site and that flats will be sold by Dec.2017 and took 13000/- from me. Now, they say that my listings expired and demand payment to keep listing active. Undoubtedly, they are cheaters, looters.

Updated by Bhoja I had registered for selling my 2 flats and was assured by their sales person Rob(ber)in (ROB-IN)(mob:[protected]) (Robber) that his father is in Mangalore (a Big Lie) and that their office in Mangalore would take the prospective customers to the site, they themselves will interact and that NRI customers are in waiting list to buy the property, and property would be sold by Dec 2017. Now, they are asking me to pay up Rs.13000 (for two flats. Earlier I had paid 13000 on 27.10.18). Hence, this is to suggest others not to believe these fraudsters. Before this also, a lady had called me and had told the same as Robber and it may be inferred that these sales persons are trained ikewise.
