[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — did not receive money in bank account as promised by the executive | |||
I had 864 credits in my india rush account. The india rush customer executive suggested me that in stead of ordering anything (Which i didn't want to do), i can get those refunded in my bank account. I agreed. And he raised a ticket for the same. It's been more than 2 months since i am following up with the india rush people, i received no good response. They are just saying, "my request is under process and i will get the refund in 5-7 business days once initiated." I really wonder if 5-7 business days means waiting for more than 2 months! After promised, www.Indiarush.com website people done part payment, but now they are not responding to email and calls, please take necessary action, i am seller of indiarush.com, my payment pending since Dec 2017 till date, we stop selling on Indiarush.com, this is my 2nd complaint again this company.
