IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — non refund of money after reverse pick

The reverse pick was done in july but after several requests the amount has not been returned. Through telephonic conversation it was promised that the process of refund has been initiated but after almost 4-5 months of waiting the refund has not been received. Now nobody is lifting the phone and am unable to communicate.
