I placed order of green gown on 31st may. Order id[protected] Till 7th june i didnt got courier... I called on customer care, they r saying ki aap ke side se return hoa hai on 4th june... Which is not at all possible... My mom and stay at home whole day... So its not possible ki lock laga ho. And second time this thing happened with me... U put product on return on your own... Now you will say why we will do this and all that... So let me tell you and others reason behind this... Aap ka product jab out of stock ho jata h tab aap lug ye karte ho... Over booking ke wajah se aap manage ni kr pate... U guys r lier... Nd aap ko sharam ni atti apne customers ko jhutt bolne m... Cancel khud krte ho nd bolte ho return aap ne kiya h... We would like to inform you that our courier team had tried attempting delivery to your address more than five times but we were not able to get the product delivered to you as the number provided from your side was not answered. Mails were also sent to you for the same from our side but the same was unanswered so the product got RTOed back to the seller as the courier company don't hold the products for such long time interval. We are following up with our seller and will get back to you if the product is back in stock and will place the order on your behalf post-confirmation is received from your end.
