[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — online fraud with order return settlement regarding order #[protected] | |||||
My mother order one item for me order placed at 5 feb 2017 & order delivered at 11 feb 2017 & the product quality is so cheap and low quality. So we raised the complaint to return pick up at 13 feb 2017 & order picked up at 17 feb 2017. After picked i have mailed to india rush same email address at 18 feb 2017 for refund my money & called to the customer number they said after we received the product, to check the quality and other thing after we refund your money at india rush account. 24 feb 2017 they generate my india rush account and refund my money. They do not send the money at my account and they said you have to use this money in between 6 month after six month money will get expire. After some time ago 8 april when i do the order and see there is no money at my account so i have continuously get in touch with india rush team and send mail and also touch with phone call at daily basis. They said first conversation that they have not received the item, they i have replied that you sleeping earlier that is policy first you check the product then you refund back & second time they said product was incomplete then i have replied my order is one piece gown and courier person was check the full gown then he picked up. Third time they said you (Customer) send the wrong produced and i have replied the same. They are fraud people without inform me they deducted my full money. After long distribution again they mailed me and send the msg they again refund my money at 19 april 2017 and still know waiting for my respected money. I haven't received my money they done big fraud with me they cheated me. Team please please help me. I want my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||

what do mean my email id is [protected]@gmail.com and Order #[protected]. I have many times made a complaint and got a revert from the [protected]@indiarush.com. many times you mailed me that you refund my money but still am waiting for my money. please advice me the status's of my money asap.
