I purchased one micromax mobile from your online shopping Order No [protected] which is delivered broken I contact your Customer Care immediately They told me to upload photo of broken part only threw mail that I had already send . On 2.02.16 I talked to cc they told me that they will let me know the status letter on today when I talk to cc they telling me as you did not received your call ( I didn't get any call from their end)& did not send the photo graph of packing box your time is over. what is this ? why they did not mailed me about their requirement? I need my money back Instead of that their reply as follows: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that as you did not send the snapshot of inner and outer packing of the product within timeline so your case has been closed hence we will not be able to replace/cancel the product.
