[Resolved] Indiatimes.in — Half part of the order delivered
I ordered a bouquet and a pack of dryfruits on mothers' day for which i paid the entire amount online. However my mom received only the bouquet that too not the one which i ordered and without the dry fruit basket.
I raised a complaint on may 8th in indiatimes and the case id is :2798824.
Till today, i received only calls from indiatimes regarding the product and the follow up emails. But so far after 10 days of logging the complaint their is no result shown. They just ask me to keep patience... Till when?? When i would really forget about this and they can mint money and make me fool. Not sure with how many people they play with their hard earned money... And finally will harass to the level the person will stop following up.
It's all their fault and i am been harassed for. Why???
Please take appropriate action against indiatimes and make them deliver the half part of the order asap without fail.
All these online folks are minting money by harassing people and eating out their money. Pathetic...
