I travelled from Mangalore to Delhi via Bangalore in Indigo flight on 30th of December. PNR is TM9JVM. Flight was delayed by more than an hour at Mangalore airport due to which there was rush at Bangalore airport at security check.
There was final call for Indigo and the staff was asking to rush fast. In this chaos, i left the bag after security check and rushed for flight but just after crossing boarding counter, i remember missing the bag, Indigo staff at boarding counter did not allow me to go back for the bag nor sent anyone to get my bag after repeated request and gave me lost and found number and said that bag will be sent to Delhi and you can receive at Delhi airport later.
Bag is in lost and found department of Bangalore airport. After reaching Delhi, i have not got proper support from Indigo staffs as well, they were just giving me numbers to call as they themselves were confused whether they can help or not.
I am not a resident of Bangalore and there is no relative of mine in Bangalore. I came to Delhi only because Indigo staff at boarding counter said that you will receive the bag in Delhi.
I have already mailed the details to
customer.[protected]@goindigo.in and del.[protected]@goindigo.in as suggested by Indigo customer care at delhi airport but have not received solution till now.
It not only a case of rude or non supportive behavior of Indigo staff at Bangalore airport or delayed services but also providing misinformation and not helping later. How and when will i get my bag back? I have failed to get a response from Indigo customer care. Was this information helpful? |
