I was travelling from ranchi to mumbai on aug 29, 2019 by flight no 6e-787, pnr no hgiqkm and my check-in baggage got damaged / torn out during transfer. I raised the complaint at kiosk available at mumbai airport and also through customer care. I am very disappointed by the response received from on ground staff and also from customer care call executive. They seems to be least bothered and not interested to deal with the issue of customer. They not even bothered to pay attention to complaint. Rather they keep trying to escape from issue and not even responding to me. It was very dissatisfying and disappointing response from so called "customer care". It is a financial loss as well as mental and physical harassment.
I will try my best to avoid or boycott this airline to travel in future.
