This was not my first time with indigo, but this time (Pnr# fkwtye) i get very bad experience from you. My baggage get damaged because of careless handling. I met a loss of almost 1200/-rs. And i surly need compensation for that. I already informed this matter to your ground staff at kochin airport arrival section. Hope you will do it for my need. Thank you. Verified Support Jun 12, 2018 IndiGo Customer Care's response Hi Libin, We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. We have checked with our airport team and established a bottle is damaged inside the baggage. As per our Conditions of Carriage, which is a binding agreement agreed upon at the time of making the reservation, IndiGo assumes no liability for damage to fragile luggage. Our endeavour has always been to deliver bag at the destination in good condition. We are quite concerned to note your comments about the baggage services. Hence, we have shared your experience with the concerned airport team for further review and to ensure baggage delivery as per the standard practices. We thank you for sharing your views with us.
