[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — baggage missing | |||
Hi, We were group of 8 people, boarded from mumbai "flight no. -6097" t1. We submitted our 5 luggage at the checking and at the time of arrival we got only 4 luggage. We complaint against missing bag but only ticket is raised by the officers not necessarily action has been taken. Very very disappointing, this is not a bus or a auto that we have to take care our baggage by self. If they cant take responsibility let our luggage with us and also not taking any responsibility of that fault. Bag description- Blue one side & neon green color other side. They are not responding, not taking any responsibility. They have many facilities camera why dont they check and that and confirm us whether we will get our baggage return or not. We are waiting at the airport from last more then 3 hrs and counting. Was this information helpful? | |||
