[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — baggages not received

I travelled in your flight No 6E96 from Dubai to Bangalore on 12th June but I didnt get 2 baggage(framed photo and Videocon TV) on time from Bengaluru airport. Indigo officials informed me it will be delivered on the next day but not get even after 3 days.I had paid custom duty charge of Rs 3606. Very bad response from the officials when I called..
