Indigo Airlines — Can not use my Credit shell as flight was cancelled due to Covid 19

Dear Support, I have booked tickets having PNR NGV96P on Indigo airlines having journey date on 10th June, 2020, but due to Covid 19 pandemic the flight was cancelled by Indigo itself and they provided me a credit shell valid of next 1 year that is it should be valid up to 10th June 2021.

Now, I am willing to reschedule my booking using the same credit shell and I am supposed to book this ticket from Yatra.com as the earlier booking was made on Yatra.com. I went on to all bookings sections of my website and opted for a refund instantly to Yatra wallet so that I could initiate a new booking on the same name and on the same route.

Please solve this issue asap so that I can reschedule my booking else all my hard earned money would go just for nothing which is a huge loss for me.
