[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — cancellation and rescheduling of flight | |||
I was booked flight 6e 948 goi to amd on 05nov2019 which was cancelled 4 hours before departure. I had to make sudden hotel arrangements for 5 pax (2 rooms) from 5th evening to 6th night /book a cab to airport which otherwise my hotel was providing (I was in the way to airport on 5th)., bear food expenses from 5th to 6th night and all the hassles to re schedule the flight which was provided from goa to bangalore - bangalore to ahmedabad on a midnight flight with a duration of 8 hours to reach ahmedabad. I had lot of problems with my two children aged 3 and 9, 1 senior citizen and wife. My indigo pnr is eycj7l - 6e 6323/586 05nov goi-blr (T1)/blr (T1)-amd (T[protected]/[protected] hrs. This is my first bad experience with an otherwise perfect airline indigo... I was denied accomodation facility on the helpline numbers and airport too... I had to bear room expenses and wait 6 hours at the airport for no fault of mine... I wish to complain to airline that they should provide accomodation or bear expenses for accomodation in case of sudden flight cancellation. I demand accomodation expenses worth 15000 for my family caused due to cancellation of flight Was this information helpful? | |||
