[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — cheating

I had boarding pass of indigo of date 03march2019. Its schedule departure is 16:55he's. But that day i received message from indigo that flight no.6e 598 is rescheduled at 17:25he's. So i reached at airport with web print boarding pass with pnr mlf89u seat no. 11b at 16:00he's. After security checking they allowed me to go to gate no.16. I reached at the gate at 16:45hrs. There i saw the gate was closed. I asked security to open the gate. But they took my boarding pass and stamped as "canceled". Then they said it is late & gate can't open. So that i returned back to home. By this i lost huge by not reaching destination. Hence here with i claim rs.1lakh as compensation with ticket fare of rs. 7617.
The reason they said me that though flight was reschedule but the boarding time is not reschedule.
My complain is that the message should mention about boarding time also. Like me many other passengers were also suffered. Hence request to do further.

Hi,

We understand missing a flight could be distressful. However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the boarding gate before 25 mins of flight departure. Sadly, you had reported at 1704 hrs for which is 21 mins prior from the departure time. Hence, we were unable to allow onboard. Now, you may claim refund towards no show taxes. Kindly contact the respective travel portal used for making the booking.
