[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — complaint on boarding pass providers in chennai | |||
The most respected sir / madam, This is mrs. Porkodi mohanavel d/o. Mr. Mohanavel ponnambalam and mrs. Manimozhi mohanavel. Actually today (12/09/2019) we had a scheduled booking connecting flight from chennai to mumbai and mumbai to doha (Pnr - yk1k9q) with a return ticket on october 12th, 2019 from doha to chennai for my parents about 59 and 57 aged. We had a big issue while on departure in mumbai emigration especially with my mother's passport has mentioned emigration check required, so they stopped her and made a return ticket to chennai for both of my parents. Ok fine, this was there duty i am accepted. But you should answer, why you had provided the boarding passes for them for chennai to mumbai and mumbai to doha without checking the passport of my mother. Then for just providing boarding passes why they should sit and checking the passports.in chennai airport itself they must alert the passengers if any issues were seen. Because of their carelessness our total family got in to mental anxiety especially my mother and father who were faced the problems directly. Who will pay for all our losses and health issues?!!!. problems faced:1. We are depressed by you with mental stress2. We lost our money without no use (Traveled money from chennai to mumbai and mumbai to chennai) 3. Our total works were collapsedto resolve the above kindly refund the money of our expenses what we had lost or book the tickets for my parents as same from chennai to doha as per your required documents ll be submitted. The way of carelessness in chennai airport leads our life in ruin with mental stress. Please consider the above and let us know as soon as possible. Must looking forward to hear from you.
