From Sivakumar Somasundaram & Uma sarojini amma TC-No- 21/1859(15) Karamana, Trivandrum To The Customer relationship manager Indigo Air lines Dir, Sub: Damage caused to my bag during my travel to Singapore and back Ref: Ticket booked thru Make my trip in Indigo air lines 1. 4th july Trivandrum to Bangalore 17.05 hrs flight 2. 4th july Bangalore to singapore 21.15 hrs flight 3. 9th july Singapore to bangalore 5.30 hrs Flight 4. 9th july bangalore to Trivandrum 123.230 hrs flight I wish to bring to your notice the difficulties faced by us during my holiday trip to Singapore and back to trivandrum. I have travelled only in Indigo Airlines on the dates mentioned above. During my return journey one of my baggage was missing in bangalore airport and I reported to the officer concerned. He verified and informed me that the baggage was struck in the conveyor belt in Singapore. He made a promise that the baggage would be delivered to my residence the very next day. I also agree that there is a possibility that it may struck in the conveyor. When the bag was delivered on 11th july around 3pm, it was in a bad shape with its front side fully damaged. I accepted the bag and mentioned the condition of the bag in the delivery slip. My bag is a new one purchased for this journey and I travelled only in Indigo Airlines.I am sure that the damage caused is only due to the poor handling of baggages by your staff.
