[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — damage of baggage | |
On 18th of June i was travelling from Delhi to guwahati via Indigo so after landing when i have collected my luggage i found that both the wheels were broken. So i want to complain against the authority for so such inconvenience and carelessness. And i want compensations for the damage as soon as possible. I got a job offer letter from Indigo and asked me to pay security deposit of 9600 plus GST. First I made payment of 9600 and then thy said they want with gst amount so pay 11328 they will refund 9600 now. But I get nothing from them yet. Please help me to get my money back
