Flight no. Indigo air 6e - 123 from mumbai to kolkata on 20.07.2019. Pnr - zjmmgt Passengers were mr. Satchidananda sinha and mrs. Bijaya sinha. Seat nos. 15b and 15c. One luggage has been mishandled and body developed scratches and one of the four wheels has been severed and lost. I am a patient and was on wheel chair. I was tired so could not spare time to complain within the arrival terminal before exiting. Was this information helpful? | |||
