[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — didn't not allow check in

I had booked a flight from banglore to ahmedabad at 17.25 on 24 january, 2020. They sent me a message telling the flight was delayed to 17.55 and check in to be done 25 mins prior. I was well before 30 minutes from 17.55 and still they didn't not allow me to check in and told i should come before 45 minutes. When they clearly sent the message telling 25 mins. If that was their policy they shouldn't send such messages and fool people. They simply wasted my time telling book next ticket. I have attached the message they sent to me. I lost around 6, 600 rs. I could attend the conference i was supposed to.

We understand missing a flight could be distressful. Please know that check-in counter closes 45 mins prior and boarding gate closes 25 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. Sadly, you had reported after check-in counter closer, hence we were unable to allow you onboard. We request your understanding.
