[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — does indigo have an outsourced their job hiring to any agency?

Hi, my relative has been approached by an agency whose contact details are indigoairline. [protected]@outlook.com. They claim to have hired her and have asked for a process fee of rs 4000. The agency's contact number is [protected] and [protected]. Please confirm to me whether the agency is really working on behalf of indigo airline, or has any connection with the hiring process.

At the outset, we would like to clarify that the attached letter was not issued by IndiGo and also, the email ID mentioned does not belong to IndiGo. On the same note, it is also pertinent to mention here that the Company does not indulge in the practices of collecting any processing/enrollment fees from job aspirants/candidates.

You should approach competent authorities for a parallel investigation into the matter against such unknown errant persons. First I got a message from goindigo. I did call to there company, they said registration fee 1500, 7500 for confirmation letter then 13800 for the offer letter. I have paid money to the goindigo company (14k).Now they arenot responding to my calls and messages.
Please help me
