[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — extreme delay in flight | |
Flight number 6e5389 was supposed to depart at 13:35 but it's 19:12 and still no signs of the plane. U people have no value for your customers time and loyalty towards you. Representatives here have no clue. The flight is on the runway since past 2-3 hours is what has been told to us. We are not getting any confirmation and the flight is getting rescheduled every 15 mins. This is heights of mismanagement and lack of any services towards your customers. You are encouraging people to never fly by your airlines every again. We are highly disappointed and never willing to fly with you. Resolve this issue asap Was this information helpful? | |
