indigo customer support is going to do anything as they would justify their fault only. But this is a complete cheating that how a flight can leave before half an hour of an departure time and that is also when all the passengers are not boarded. They knew that they have issued boarding passes to the customers so the customers are somewhere stuck in the airport only. But they have announced that flight has been departed. I assume that they have given our 2 seats to some other passengers, certainly in high rates. We were going to chennai for doctor's consultation and we coudn't go there for necessary treatment and now we are suffering.

We understand missing a flight could be distressful. However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the boarding gate before 25 mins of flight departure. Sadly, passengers had reported at 0605 hrs for the flight scheduled to depart at 0620 hrs. Hence, we were unable to allow onboard. Trust us, our staff tries their best to assist our passenger with the best possible resolution even if they report marginally late. But re-accommodation in the next flight depends upon seat availability. We look forward to your understanding.

They have asked my husband to scan the belt which he had, then he had to stand again in the queue and there were around 25-30 passengers ahead. I have requested the security that we have an flight to catch at 6:20 but noone has helped us. We have not found any
indigo member which you were claiming like you have tried to find us. We were there only. If anyone tried to find us, then you would surely be able to find us. Also we have reported at the boarding gate at 5:55, not 6:05 as claimed by you guys and you have told us that flight has left. And you already have arranged for our checked in baggage collected separately by that time as well. Do you think we are fool? You are now showing that you people are maintaining the necessary protocols, all rubish. We are a frequent
indigo flyer and we know how you people follows protocols. Dont try to fool us. We know that everything is planned. You have given our tickets to some other customers surely and we have been harrassed at the security check in as well so that we could not make it on time. You cheaters. Cheater airlines.

So stop making excuses about whatever you have done. We were very polite and sophisticated that we did not create any drama at the airport. You guys already have issued boarding passes to us from the airport only and by the same you very well know that we were there in the airport only somewhere stuck. If you would not issue boarding pass or not issue boarding passes from airport you could have the confusion that the passengers were not present. But the
indigo guys knew that we are in the airport and if we were not present at the boarding gate then it can be understood by a child as well that we were stuck somewhere. The guys have not tried to find us at all otherwise you could have find us at the security checking centre itself. The guys are calling for some passengers those are going to Hyderabad, not us. This is a complete injustice and well planned cheating that has been done to us. If you want to maintain a good customer relationship with us and want us to board your flight again then you should have consider to refund us atleast 50% of the flight fare. We will file a case against you guys with the help of consumer forum. We have all the proof and documents with us. You guys dont know how much harm have you done to us. We have missed our doctor's appointment which we have managed to get after trying for 3 months. And only because of you guys we have missed it. You have lost our faith and we will inform the same to our friends, families, neighbours as well so that they never take any

Updated by Priti714 A wonderful game has been played here. The customer service agent has apologized very politely and told me that refund of 1630 has been issued to you. But the thing is we have been given only 630 rupees as you guys have marked this booking as no show. This was not at all the no show case. We have been at the airport, we have been at the boarding gate just at 5:55 and you have marked us as no show. This is a complete airlines fault that you guys have departed the flight before 30 minutes though you knew that you have comfirmed checked in passengers. You should have issued a full refund because this is a total fault of the airlines. I dont want any vouchers, i want my full refund. I have been harrassed by one of your
indigo customer representative in the conference call with
goibibo agent. Fraud airlines, rude customer representative. I want my money back. I want the complete refund.

indigo customer representative yesterday so that I can ask for a full refund, he has initiated the call by himself but the
indigo representative and his supervisor Mr Anmol, what a terrific
person he is. He has shouted on me and he was trying to proof that the airport authorities there are saints, they cant do any mistake and this is us, who has done all the wrong things. Hr has treated us very rudely and he has asked us that we can go to consumer forum or go anywhere as they have not done anything wrong. What a pathetic airlines! They have ruined our treatment, it was solely their mistake that they have informed us that the flight has already departed. But the Mr Anmol has told us that flight has departed at 6:14 not before 5:55 though we have been told there by the
indigo staffs that flight has already departed. By this own statement only it has proven that how pathetic game they have played, they lied to us, they ruined our medical treatment, they harassed us and now the so called supervisor is humiliating us as we have asked for a full refund. What a behaviour they are offering with their regular customers. They are cheater, they stole our money and they sold out our seats to some other passengers and humiliate us. In all the ways we are becoming the looser. I will make sure that you guys have to pay for this insult.
