Wrt the pnr number = pwp1gx -6e 5326 01 april bom (T2)-idr i am quite disheartened to state that the above ticket auto automatically got cancelled due to the lock down situation. But after this cancellation, not a single rupee was returned to us and held in your account! Why???
Did any body from your concerned dept. Take consent from me. And further mentionned that it can be utilized in further flight booking. Is n`t this a shame less act of coercive selling.
Kindly arrange for its reimbursement immediately, a seller does not have any right to with held the money of the customer, if the service /product is not delivered or for the future forced selling and allow us to retain an image of rational and honest business entity of yours.
