[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — flight delay / passengers boarded without the captain | |||
On 06/ 06/ 2019, I have boarded flight no. 6E- 2484. The flight was scheduled to leave at 23: 30 but for the next four hours, they kept sending messages that it is delayed. The worst thing they did was to have the passengers board the flight without the pilot and sit for more than two hours inside. When one of the passenger asked about it and filmed the reply of the crew, the pilot started blackmailing him saying, unless the video is deleted he will not take off the flight. Is there a worst goon than this? One of th worst airline in the present time... better the airline pay back a compensation and refund the amount for not informing the passengers on time about the delay. We would like to state that our operations dependent on various factors such as runway availability, air traffic congestion etc. which are beyond our control and determine our on-time performance. Also, we'd like to clarify that clicking photographs of the staff are strictly not allowed. We completely accept that our staff should've handled this in a much better manner.
