Indigo Airlines — flight delayed and worst service | |
Hello, I just booked a flight from chandigarh to chennai in indigo. I paid around inr 10096rs But i received a very worst service and their staff behaviour is very unprofessional and flight got delayed for more that two hour and i paid seat but i received a seat near emergency exit and totally the travel was horrible and i want indigo to return the money i paid. I have booked my flight for 14th jan, but I got the tickets for 15th Jan-6E 2808. This mistake was not from my end, why will I than bear the rescheduling cost. I'm a happy and regular customer of Make my trip and I would expect a solution from Make my trip.
