[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — full amount not in credit shell

I have booked a flight through paytm on 19 th april for the journey on 04th may assuming that the lockdown ends.
Why would they not refund the money instead? This is a cheap and unprofessional business trick that indigo is putting money in the credit shell. I might not get the flight for the same cost another day. Also, they have only refunded the ticket amount but not the processing fee.

I would like the complete refund into my payment bucket back (Not the credit shell) as i generally don't travel in flights. As it was cheaper, i booked it. But will never again do this mistake of booking with indigo.
