Todat 28/03/2018 my wife gone to bangalore from kolkata vide flight no. 6e345. She is suffering from spine pain. When she collecting boading pass som weigt about excess in2 kg. Of her food and drinking water after objection she threw her excess weigt but your staff comment on her and laughing.
