[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — I haven't received my travel certificate despite paying 200 rs for it

I needed a travel certificate for a reimbursement purpose. So I paid the 200 rupees for issuing the travel certificate through my debit card from the Indigo website. But despite paying the 200, I did not receive a travel certificate to my email address.
My travel details are as follows.

From New Delhi to Bangalore on 31 May 2018
