[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — kids parumalater | |||
Dear sir /madam, We are travelling on 6th oct via flight 6e41 to singapore with a 2yr 5 mnth kid and my old mom on a wheel chair. I was shocked when i was told by indigo that the kids pram will not be allowed till the boarding gate as is normally the case whenever we travel in india or abroad and will have to be put in the checked in luggage. We are supposed to carry our kid at 3am from the counter to the plane with a checkin 3 hours before?? Was this information helpful? | |||

However, please be advised that you may carry the baby pram till the ramp point, which needs to be handed over to the available staff as same will be kept in cargo.
