[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — loss of my bag cover | |||
As i was travelling from srinagar Hyderabad and connecting at Mumbai on[protected] in flight no 6E 254 seat no 5E and when I received my bag on conveinener belt, I found my protective cover of bag was missing and bag was open .then I immediately I formed your supervisor and he starts his efforts to trace it, after half an hour he said that I have traced your cover and it will take some time to reach on the counter but nothing happen .then after waiting along he told us that if you are coming back to airport you will get back your bag cover on that but plz call on customer care no before you visit airport.i am continuously calling customer care number but no body is giving any response . Plz look into the matter as I am returning back to srinagar on[protected] via Bangalore so plz do the needful as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
