[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — luggage damaged on transit | |
Hi I m Hetal here. I was travelling from Hyderabad to Bangalore ( PNR NO Q93V7L) travel date 1st oct 2018. My luggge was damaged by the airlines n after registering a complaint Mr. SIDDHARTH, from the airline dept, attended the complain n promised to refund me rs. 2000 for the suitcase( original price being 6500, n refund amt is just peanuts) which hasn’t been done by the airlines yet.the suitcase is useless to me now.
