I booked a flight from new delhi to mumbai on 22nd august 2017 from WWW.ibibo.com

(Indigo 6e-198 airlines) : mumbai – new delhi on 16th september 2017

On returning from mumbai to delhi. We have to reach at chatarpati shivaji terminal 1.
Due to heavy rainfall & traffic i was reached at 09.32 pm at airport. Which is quite ok to reach 45 mins before the flight i. E. Is on 10.15 pm. I have already done the web check in before 2 days and select seats also and print my boarding passes also. But when we reached at bag counter, they are not ready to board the flight and requesting us to go back as they don’t have space in the bags compartment. The executive told me that they have a limit of 130 kg in plane for baggages. So they will not allow our bags to check in. Instead of helping us to reach the flight on time. They all are saying you will have to board next flight & also have to pay 43000 rs extra after adjusting your current tickets amount. When i check online also the next flight cost for 3 adults and 2 kids are just 20000 rs. They want thrice time higher than my tickets. We also give option to them that we will leave our baggage to mumbai only our friend will pick the luggage and courier us next day. At least allow us to board the flight. The supervisor was very clever and said we will not take care of your luggage and then suddenly my husband said we don’t want to put our luggage here our friend is outside the airport, he will come and take the luggage. The supervisor again smartly play and said where is your friend, i want to see him. He spends almost 20 mins in his rubbish controversy conversation. I have 35 kg 5 bags with me. Which is ok to carry as hand baggage in flight because we are 5 people (5 x 7 kg hand luggage). Rather than helping us their full focus on our money. Bloody money eater indigo # airlines. Then ask us to leave the airport forcefully.

I have spoken with ibibo.com support officer at [protected], they continuously saying they can’t do anything in this situation as this something related to airport authority.. And # airport authority peoples are just wants money. They embarrassed us and mentally harassed us.. I was with my two little kids and 5 bags. I don’t have any hotel booking and no cabs around me and it was heavy rainfall. Then i continuously spoken to ibibo team and offering 1000 rs and after 1-hour conversation they are offering 2000 rs as compensational after talking to them for 2-3 hours they are ready to compensate 8000 rs only. Which is nothing to me for this harassment. We have to spend our full night at railway station, anyhow after requesting rail booking counter i manage to book train ticket as tatkal at night 1.30 pm[protected]. The firozpur express train starts from mum central at 07.25 am on 17 sept mornings and drop us hazrat nizzamuddin station at 12.45 pm on 18th september. We have to suffer a lot with kids on station and train also.
We all 3 adults have meeting on monday in our offices.. Which we missed due to indigo executive and supervisor attitude. My kids 1st term examination also missed. Our 1 day extra salary got deducted (1500 * 3 adult = 4500rs)

Ticket cost is 11520 + 20000 + 4500 (As harassments compensation) total 36020 rs i want this amount to refund by indigo for their fraud and apology letter from that bloody # executive and supervisor.
Ibibo is giving me a refund of 8000 rs which i want apart from this amount 36020.
Indigo airline is eating our hard-earned money sitting on their relaxing chairs. Kindly do not buy any ticket from them.

They are doing fraud with their customers.

I need complete refund of my booking as i have intimated indigo and ibibo immediately about this fraud after buying the ticket online
Expecting you to do the needful asap. Otherwise i have another option also. My friend is working in zee news and i have the clips and audio recordings of this incident. Which is enough to sue that bloody executive and # supervisor. File a case against harassment on indigo airlines. Jo bahut mengha padega.
Just to teach lesson i’m posting this incident on all platform of social media in case i don’t received any call from some senior manager or head of indigo with apology email on [protected]@gmail.com i will submit all the details and clip and voice recording to news channels.
