Dear sir/ madam, I was traveling yesterday from chennai to pune as per details below Date - 10.12.18 Pnr - nmb5ue Seat no-3 b Flight - 6e 385 On arrival at pune at midnight (Morning of 11.12.18) i found my luggage /bag trolley broken and support of other bag also broken. Went to your base office at airport and met one ms, raveena and gave complaint. She, took pictures and advised me to write to you.
