[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — mishandled baggage / broken during flight

Dear sir/ madam,
I was traveling yesterday from chennai to pune as per details below
Date - 10.12.18
Pnr - nmb5ue
Seat no-3 b
Flight - 6e 385
On arrival at pune at midnight (Morning of 11.12.18) i found my luggage /bag trolley broken and support of other bag also broken.
Went to your base office at airport and met one ms, raveena and gave complaint. She, took pictures and advised me to write to you.
Kindly arrange for repair at earliest under information

Mere words without action does not mean much . The standard reply shows your attitude towards genuine sufferings.
Please do not mention and sit behind clauses etc as most of them are not in consumer favor .
You need to be fair to your customers.

My wife booked a morning flight taking off at 5.30 in the morning. Instead of departing at 5.30 it took off at 5.13. results flight missing
