[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — Misinformation by staff | |||||
Dear Sir/Ma’am, We were travelling from Indore to Maldives and had our international flight from New Delhi airport where the indigo staff misinformed us and tricked us into booking a return ticket to india from Maldives when we already had a booking of onward journey to Hong Kong. They said that it is necessary for Maldives immigration as well as Indian immigration. They were not letting us pass through the door to the immigration. However when we enquired from our travel agent and fellow travelers who had the same route as us they told us that a return ticket to india was not needed since we already has onward booking. Furthermore we even confirmed from both immigration officers (india and Maldives) and they said the same. It was highly disappointing to go through this treatment and waste our money on booking a flight for no reason. Especially because we travel with Indigo all the time and expect the airline crew to understand and corporate in these times. I hope you can get us our refund as we booked from make my trip for ₹8k and only got back ₹2.5 Was this information helpful? | |||||
