[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — missing new baggage protector

My daughter traveled from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 17 January. The flight was delayed n added to that she lost expensive new baggage protector . They did not recover despite of Written complaints. The calls are badly handled with not much use ... very disappointing n irresponsible . PNR BL3ZXH. I’m not getting the call across n if at all any response it’s useless n take hours to get across.
