[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — money deducted but didn't get any pnr number or any flight details | |||
I recently book my flight today 18 feb, 2019. I booked it for april 24th, 2019. However, after giving all my information, i went for the payment page and paid the money through my debit card. The money got deducted and after that it appeared fail. I did this through the official indigo app from the playstore. I waited for a while and didn't got any pnr number or any flight details. I called the customer care and said they didn't got the money and told me to called my bank. I called my bank and they told me to wait now... Now i don't know what to do... Please help me... I can also share all the transaction msgs and the transaction numbers... Please reply Was this information helpful? | |||
