Indigo Airlines — money got deducted but haven't got any mail regarding confirmation and neither got the tickets

I booked a flight from vadodara to patna on 3 april 2020 at 9:43 am
Travel date 19 april 2020
Time 12;35 pm
I got the payment done through upi and the money got deducted successfully, but after that i haven't got any confirmation mail and the tickets.
I tried to contact the customer services but did not get any reply from that side.
