Today i booked flight from chennai to trichy 9:40am. I got strucked in traffic for long time and i reached counter at 9:00 today.. Indigo staffs keep aruge for 15 mins and nobody help passenger to lift in the flight i lost my flight and money. Need refund pnr xli42a. Today i have some emergency work to do. But every thing is lost because of the indigostaffs
