[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — multiple scheduling and delay | |
PNR VG2VNS and WZ6IVZ From Banglore to Gorakhpur were booked as direct flight. PNRs were rescheduled multiple times (more than 3) and connecting flight destinations were also changed, creating a chaos & state of confusion. Finally the flight 6E-266 was scheduled to depart at 0600 hours and for that we got a message to arrive at airport 3 hours in advance. We came at 0250 hours to airport but flight started getting delayed. ETD was 0630 hours but again after boarding, the aircraft is still standing and not even boarding gates are closed till 0700 hours. It feels that Indigo is charging for killing time.
