[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — my flight 6e412 was delayed and and i was given the worst accommodation | |
I am writting this mail at 12.44am on 18/1/18. Me and my wife cant sleep in this stinky room that indigo airlines have given us lotu8 hotel in chochin near airport. My flight 6e412 was delayed and i had connect next flight from bangalore to goa 6e6236 and i was given the worst accommodation. I am deppressed and in panic and feeling cheated. The room is stincky and they have sprayed a strong air freshener which is even worst and cusing head ache. There is no lash from inside the room... My only question are you aware of what is happening to your customers??? This is you reponsibility to what service they are getting??? I demand complete compansation of time delay and wost night mare in my life You made me to say this that your service sucks. Was this information helpful? | |
