[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — my luggage bag was damaged | |
As i travelled from lko to trv via hyd on 26.2.2019 by 6e844 and 6e434, on my arrival at trv i found my newly purchased skybags luggage bag was damaged. No one was there to listen my complaint and to take the responsibility. They said that they can't do anything for this and that is not their fault and they are not responsible for the damage. After a long argument they said either they can give only ₹200 for the damage or leave the bag at airport and they will stich it and return it after 2-3 days. On this i asked where would i keep my luggage for time being and they again said that is not their look after. Worst experience with indigo flight and i will Avoid traveling with indigo in future.
