[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — my tickets 7/10/19 | |||
Yjg7wj pnr I was there by 4am but i was not allowed to come out. I went to the reservation center of indigo told my problem but the lady there was so rude she said if 2600rs i could pay then she would arrange the tickets or the ticket will get cancelled i didn’t had any money to pay so i said please i’ll make the payment in a while... I purchased my ticket for going home rs8500 i didn’t not have extra money so i had to return It was so horrible experience this is not the way you deal to a customer. My problems were only my problem nobody just listened 8500 is a pretty big amount for me Though i travel in indigo from the past 4years i was expecting a positive nature. I am so disappointed i miss going home meet my parents in dashai I had saved my money from a very longtime whatever i had i did to make it home. However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the check-in counter before 45 mins of flight departure. Sadly, you had reported at 0429 hrs for the flight scheduled to depart 0505 hrs. Hence, we were unable to allow you onboard. Further, to make it as hassle-free for you as possible our airport team offered to accommodate you on the next available flight with minimum charges. We look forward to your understanding. Staff of airline is not supportive we told them on call that we are on the gate number 37 ant coming towards gate number gate number 46 but our flight is missed we receved call from airlines at 6:09
